The FLIP”N”FILLET® fillet board/cutting board system provides everything you need to take your fish filleting to a whole new level. At the core of our system is the best fish fillet board on the market today. More than just another fish fillet board with a clamp, this carefully engineered fillet board is a self-contained foldable case, providing storage for all your filleting needs: knives, sharpener, clamp, wipes, zip lock bags, etc. When folded out for filleting, the FLIP”N”FILLET® provides 32 inches of board for filleting even the largest fish.The FLI[P”N”FILLET® system features a rugged clamp that opens wide so you can secure the head of the fish instead of the tail of the fish it also fits either side of the board so when filleting your fish you can flip the fish over with the fish in the clamp and attached to the other side of the board and fillet the other side of your Fish.
